MagiAwen was born in 1974 to a Naval Dietician and Butcher. Exposed to death and cold meat for several of her formative years, it is no wonder she was always deemed the "weird one" in school. She has many acquaintances, not too many friends, and does not mind. Her first publishing experience was when she was 13, for a five page prose poem. When she was 16 she won the Golden Poet Award and that poetic entry is supposedly published in a book she has never seen nor heard of since. In 1992 she was on Chapter 13 of her long worked on novel about a serial killer when her (now ex) husband burned all of her art and writing. Before she got fat she was a server, construction framer, statistician, equine trainer, truck washer, marketing helper, soldier, computer programmer, and truck driver. Currently she owns an IT Company and resides with a domestic partner, daughter, dog, cat, parakeet, and turtle in the woods.

H. E. Smith lives in Massachusetts with her fiance and

"Resurrection," for publication in serial form. Her
fiction has also been accepted for appearance in the
Dream the Dark Majestic anthology and CyberPulp. Her
short story, "Ether," appeared in the MuseMuggers 2004
anthology, which is available for http://www.feath.com/muse.htm . In addition, she is a co-founder of http://www.evolutionwriters.com,
a writer's group dedicated to free and open expression

Lord Jereth (Patrick D.)

A California boy by birth and by nature, Patrick (Lord Jereth) grew up in Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo respectively until the age to enter the armed forces. Described by friends and colleagues as a bit of an eccentric artist and gadget freak, Patrick tends to pick a topic of interest and run with it. Be it web design, guitar, computer programming, drawing, poetry, electronics, singing, computer graphics, song writing, gadget collecting or 80's music trivia, he is a jack of many trades and a master of none.

Having just gotten back to the United States after almost 17 years total in Germany, he holds the equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial electronics, speaks fluent German and is finally single again. Patrick is an avid reader of science fiction novels by Piers Anthony and is a great fan of action, suspense and sci-fi movies as well as stand up comedy.

Being a typical Pisces, his head seems to be most comfortable in the clouds and his dreams are mostly populated by droves of adoring fans at a concert he is rocking.
